Piracy Policy

This Piracy Policy explains Vanlii's stance on unauthorized copying, distribution, and misuse of the Vanlii mobile application, related services, and protected content.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- The Vanlii mobile application (including APK/IPA builds and updates)
- App source code, design assets, branding, and logos
- Proprietary data structures, APIs, and platform features
- Any content protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Copy, clone, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app, except where explicitly allowed by law
- Repackage, redistribute, or publish unofficial app versions
- Circumvent license checks, security controls, authentication, or payment systems
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to extract app data in violation of our Terms of Service
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, attribution, or legal notices
- Use Vanlii branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, Vanlii and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the app and related materials, including but not limited to software code, visual design, trademarks, and compiled content.
4. Reporting Piracy or Infringement
If you believe there is infringement, include:
- Your name and contact information
- A clear description of the suspected infringement
- URLs, app store links, screenshots, or other evidence
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use is unauthorized

5. Enforcement Actions
Vanlii may take actions including:
- Issuing takedown or legal notices
- Suspending or terminating violating accounts
- Blocking abusive devices, API keys, or network activity
- Escalating severe or repeated violations to relevant legal authorities
6. Reservation of Rights
Vanlii reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law. Failure to act on a specific violation does not waive our rights to enforce this policy later.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.
