• You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining account security.

2. Service Description

Vanlii is a business discovery and directory platform that may include listings, reviews, favorites, maps, advertising placements, and business-owner tools.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not post false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse users, businesses, or staff.
• Do not interfere with app operations, APIs, or security mechanisms.
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to scrape or overload the Service.

4. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Submissions)

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant Vanlii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for operating and improving the Service.
• You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate others' rights.
• Vanlii may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Business Listings and Claims

• Business information may be user-submitted, owner-submitted, or platform-curated.
• Claim requests and supporting proof may be reviewed before approval.
• Vanlii may reject, suspend, or revoke claims where information is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

6. Ads, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Some features may require payment (including ads or premium subscriptions).
• Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are shown in-app or at purchase time.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered.
• Vanlii may suspend paid services for fraud, abuse, or failed payment.

7. Intellectual Property

• Vanlii and its licensors own the Service, app code, branding, and platform content except user-owned content.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
• Use of the Service is also subject to the Piracy Policy.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy (if published separately), which describes how personal data is collected and used.

9. Suspension and Termination

Vanlii may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vanlii does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of listings/reviews, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanlii is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vanlii harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes should be resolved first through good-faith negotiation before formal legal action.
